- All computers come with Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit.
- All computers come with manufacturer manuals, disks, etc., and AC power cord standard.
- We only use NEW parts, no refurbished anything
- These are systems built by us, not prepurchased or dropshipped from another location.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY COMPUTER
- PLEASE NOTE THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: HANDLING/PROCESSING TIME BEGINS AFTER PAYMENT HAS CLEARED. WHEN PAYING WITH PAYPAL THEY CAN AND WILL HOLD YOUR PAYMENT FOR UP TO 21 DAYS BEFORE RELEASING. WE DO OFFER ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS INCLUDING 48 HOUR RUSH PROCESSING. CONTACT US FOR DETAILS
- Right now with current order volume, turnaround time on each build before shipping is 10 business days
- Financed computers can take up a little longer due to customer’s participation response time in finalizing financing
- Laptop turnaround time is 48 hours
- Upon completion of your computer’s build and testing, you will receive a notification letting you know it’s completed, followed within 24 hours with a tracking number
- You can follow the progress of your computer when logging into “my account”
- All computers come with a free 6 month remote onsite support
WE WILL BEAT ANY COMPETITOR’S DEAL
- We will price match any competitor’s ad on desktop PC’s, including ebay and amazon deals.
- Ebay and amazon deals have to have been in existence for more then 72 hours from an established ebay seller store, and be in stock.
- You can request changes/modifications to any built system. At checkout in the box titled “Order Notes” place any change requests there. Any requests which require an additional fee will be invoiced separately.
- Some modifications and/or upgrades may require additional time.
